A Message From Our Founder
I’ve been involved in innovation, technology and online marketing for over 10 years. I’ve had the pleasure of working with all sorts of organisations – all the way from mammoths such as the Australian Public Service (APS) to small early-stage start-ups.
During that time – like everyone else working in technology – I’ve seen the incredible growth of SaaS and cloud markets and the sheer number of available tools and services that are all easy to sign up for, and have very slick salesmen (looking at you Salesforce!), and promise immediate results with little effort with regards to implementation or maintenance.
As many teams, Executives, and organisations quickly find out, system administration can be tedious work, data migration can be long and costly, and switching from one cloud provider to another requires change management, user education and training among other things.
Now of course many of these tools are necessary to run the business, keep up with the competition and provide the best possible experience for your clients or users.
But.
It all comes down to choosing the right tools and knowing how to make the most out of your technology investment.
Our promise to you is that we will always:
- deliver work that you would be proud to present to your own clients or users
- provide you with advice to the best of our knowledge even if you might not want to hear it (and if we don’t know something, we will tell you that too)
- have the best long-term interest of your business when selecting a technology (no we will not recommend that tool that has a 5-year contract that’s impossible to get out of)
The goal for our business, CloudJoy, is to make our clients successful, be recognised for the quality of our service and to set the industry standard.
My intention with CloudJoy is not to grow the business as fast as possible – acquire clients, hire staff, rinse and repeat. It really is to make an impact, set the standard for the industry and work with people who truly care about the quality of their work.
This also allows me personally to always work with the smartest people in business, always be challenged and keep up with the latest technologies that power our world forward.
